XL assigns a project manager to most custom turnkey projects. Our project managers are professional project management-trained and experienced managers. They understand the importance of detailed project planning and once schedules are set, the importance of maintaining the schedule. Throughout any project XL has regularly scheduled customer milestones as well as frequent written and verbal progress reports.

To ensure that we meet our customers expectations for timely delivery of project requirements, XL employs the latest in Microsoft Office Project® software (Project 2007) and regularly scheduled internal executive management project status review meetings.
